Return & Refund Policy

At The Tailored Terrier, we want you and your pup to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at thetailoredterrier@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Exchanges We do not offer refunds. All eligible returns will be processed as exchanges only. Once your return is received and inspected, we will reach out to arrange your exchange. Items must be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will exchange it for you.
