Thank you for shopping with The Tailored Terrier! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your pup.

Shipping Rate We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.95 per order, regardless of order size.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery We ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at thetailoredterrier@outlook.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
